How to make an appointment?

Please complete the registration form below once you are ready to make an appointment for physiotherapy treatment.

After completion of the online form we will call you to discuss your pets condition.

We will then contact your Registered Veterinary Surgery to obtain consent for treatment and request all relevant medical history. This is a legal requirement prior to any treatment being given.

Once consent for treatment from the Vet has been granted we will contact you to arrange the initial consultation, these typically last between 60-90 minutes.

Payment is required at the time of treatment via card payments or cash.

Many pet insurance policies will cover physiotherapy treatment, however it will depend on the individual company and the level of cover that you have. Please contact your insurance provider for this information.
